במהלך 2025 אזור התעשייה, משנה פניו והופך לפארק תעשייה רחב ומתקדם. יקומו בו מגרשים בייעוד תעשייה, תעסוקה ומסחר בגדלים שונים.
זאת בנוסף ל-7 מגרשים הראשונים מסוגם בארץ, בעלי תא שטח אחד כולל, המשלבים ייעוד לתעשייה וחקלאות.
ההרחבה מתבצעת באמצעות הקצאת קרקע על ידי משרד הכלכלה, עם אפשרות לסבסוד עלויות פיתוח התשתיות, בכפוף לנהלי ותקציב המשרד.
במהלך 2025 מכרז ע"י רמ"י (רשות מקרקעי ישראל) למגרשים בייעוד תעסוקה ומסחר. לפרטים יש לעקוב באתר רמ"י.
